hours are changing with the season, we follow natural cycles, waking up with the Sun and retiring to sleep with the Moon

  • 8 - 8:20AM – Neti Pot followed by clearing and energizing breathing

  • 8:20 - 9:15AM – Yoga class

  • 9:15 - 10:30AM – Solar breakfast

  • 10:30 - 12PM – Free time 

  • 10 - 12PM – Out of Silence option recommended to be used for emergencies only.

  • 12 - 1:30PM – Balancing lunch, Solar and Lunar food, detox option

  • 1:30 - 4PM – Free time 

  • 4 - 5:30PM – Intention setting Ritual Meditation (grounding Intention), followed by Yoga Stretches and Moon Breathing.

  • 5:30 - 6:30PM – Lunar dinner

  • 6:30 - 7PM – Karma Yoga

  •  7 - 9PM – Free time
